LS2 Helmets Warranty Policy Warranty Coverage: LS2 Helmets provides a one-year warranty on every helmet sold through www.ls2helmetsindia.com covering manufacturing defects on the shell only. Warranty Claim Requirements: The warranty claim must be accompanied by the original tax invoice. Products purchased below the MRP due to offers or discounts are not covered under warranty. Claims without valid invoices will not be entertained. Liability is limited to shell repairs and does not cover movable parts such as hinges, air vents, visors, electronics, gauges, adjusters, peaks, pin locks, or any interior components. The company reserves the right to reject any claim at its sole discretion. Products not purchased directly from www.ls2helmetsindia.com are not eligible for warranty claims. Exclusions: The warranty is limited to manufacturing defects only. LS2 Helmets is not responsible for issues arising from: Accidents or falls Color chipping on the EPS Paint fading from prolonged exposure to sunlight/UV light, especially for high-visibility and bright colors Customization or technical modifications made by the user (e.g., paints, glue, adhesives, screws) Subjective concerns related to comfort, size, wind noise, whistling noise, padding noise, aerodynamics, fit, etc., will not be considered defects under warranty. Application of or contact with harmful chemicals (including mentholated spirits) or exposure to intense heat sources Lack of maintenance and care Usage under abnormal conditions Damage to paint due to regular usage Aging, damage, or cracks in inner fabrics or liners due to usage Damage to inner fabrics from water contact Helmet beading coming off due to usage Scratching and marks on the visor and external parts Damage to the UV coating on the visor due to usage Subjective concerns related to comfort, size, wind noise, whistling noise, padding noise, aerodynamics, fit, etc., will not be considered defects under warranty.
