At LS2 Helmets India, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Helmet Exchange Policy – Hassle-Free Size Exchanges

Ordered the wrong size of your LS2 helmet or riding gear? No worries — we make exchanges simple.

✅ Exchanges are allowed for size only.

✅ Products must be shipped back to us within 48 hours of delivery.

✅ Customers must email thestore@ls2helmetsindia.com
 with order details before shipping.

✅ Both side shipping charges (sending to us and reshipping from us) will be borne by the customer.

✅ To qualify for exchange, the product must meet these conditions:

The product is unused and in new condition.

All tags, labels, and original packaging are intact.

⚠️ Note: Helmet accessories and add-ons are not eligible for exchange.

Return & Refund Policy in India

❌ Products purchased from LS2 Helmets India are not eligible for return or refund.

🔄 Only size exchanges are permitted.

🔄 If the requested size is unavailable, customers may choose an alternate helmet model of equal or higher value (difference to be paid by the customer).

💡 Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

Order Cancellation Policy – LS2 Helmets India

🚫 Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

🚫 Customers are advised to carefully review all details before confirming their purchase.
