LS2 Helmets Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage:

LS2 Helmets offers a one-year warranty on all helmets purchased through www.ls2helmetsindia.com, covering manufacturing defects related to the helmet shell only.

Warranty Claim Requirements

  • Original Invoice Mandatory: All warranty claims must be supported by the original tax invoice. Claims submitted without a valid invoice will not be accepted.
  • Eligibility Based on MRP: Products purchased below the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) due to discounts or promotional offers are not covered under warranty.
  • Limited Warranty Scope: Warranty coverage is strictly limited to manufacturing defects related to the helmet shell. It does not extend to movable or replaceable parts such as hinges, vents, visors, electronics, gauges, adjusters, peaks, Pinlock inserts, or interior components.
  • Authorized Purchase Channel: Only helmets purchased directly from www.ls2helmetsindia.com are eligible for warranty claims. Products bought from third-party sellers or other platforms are not covered.
  • Company Discretion: LS2 Helmets reserves the right to approve or reject any warranty claim at its sole discretion.

Warranty Exclusions
The LS2 Helmets warranty is strictly limited to manufacturing defects in the helmet shell. It does not cover any of the following conditions or circumstances:

  • Damage resulting from accidents, impacts, or falls.
  • Chipping of color on the EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) liner.
  • Fading of paint due to prolonged exposure to sunlight or UV radiation, particularly on high-visibility or bright-colored helmets.
  • Any customization or technical modifications made by the user, including but not limited to the use of paints, adhesives, glues, or additional screws.
  • Subjective concerns such as comfort, size, wind or whistling noise, padding sound, aerodynamics, or fit are not considered manufacturing defects and are not covered under warranty.
  • Exposure to harmful chemicals (e.g., mentholated spirits) or high-temperature environments.
  • Negligence in proper care and maintenance.
  • Usage of the product under abnormal or extreme conditions.
  • Wear and tear from regular use, including paint damage.
  • Natural aging, damage, or cracking of internal fabrics and liners due to use.
  • Damage to internal fabrics caused by contact with water.
  • Beading detachment caused by regular use.
  • Scratches, scuffs, or marks on the visor and other external parts.
  • Wear or peeling of the UV coating on the visor due to usage.

LS2 Helmets India Riding Gear Warranty Policy

LS2 Helmets India offers a one-year limited warranty on riding gear, valid from the date of purchase. This warranty applies exclusively to jackets and pants and covers manufacturing defects such as faulty Velcro fastenings, zippers, and factory stitching.

Please note the following conditions and exclusions:

  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care, or maintenance.
  • Fading of color due to regular use or exposure to sunlight—particularly in high-visibility or bright-colored gear—is not considered a manufacturing defect and is therefore not covered.

Issues caused by environmental exposure, such as rusting, fungal growth, or sun damage, are excluded from coverage.

LS2 does not accept liability for any secondary or consequential damages, including loss or damage to personal property associated with the use of the product.

Warranty Claim Process
To submit a warranty claim, please email thestore@ls2helmetsindia.com with the following:

  • Clear photographs of the affected product
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • A copy of the original purchase invoice

All claims will be reviewed and assessed accordingly. Please be aware that any invoice reflecting a discounted price will result in automatic disqualification of the warranty claim. Claims will only be accepted if the invoice reflects the full purchase price.
