By accessing and using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review these terms carefully. Warranty Terms

1. Warranty Coverage:
   • Duration: A one-year warranty is provided from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects on the helmet shell only.
   • Proof of Purchase: The warranty claim must be accompanied by the original tax invoice. Claims without valid invoices will not be entertained.
   • Exclusions Based on Price: Products purchased at a price less than the MRP under offers or discounts are not covered under the warranty.
   • Scope of Coverage: Liability is limited to repairs of the helmet shell. This warranty does not cover movable parts such as hinges, air vents, visors, electronics, gauges, adjusters, peeks, pin locks, interiors, etc.
   • Discretionary Rejection: The company reserves the right to reject any claim at its sole discretion.
   • Point of Purchase: Products not purchased online from www.ls2helmetsindia.com are not eligible for warranty claims.
2. Exclusions:
   • Accidents and Falls: Damage caused by an accident or fall is not covered.
   • Customizations: Any customization or technical modification made by the user (e.g., paints, glue, adhesives, screws) will void the warranty.
   • Chemical Exposure: Damage due to the application of or contact with harmful chemical products (including methylated spirits on visor treatments) or exposure to intense heat sources is excluded.
   • Lack of Maintenance: Issues arising from lack of maintenance and care are not covered.
   • Abnormal Use: Usage under abnormal conditions (e.g., underwater) will void the warranty.
   • Sunlight Exposure: Paint fade due to prolonged exposure to sunlight/UV light, especially for high-viz and bright colors, is not covered.
   • Wear and Tear: Damage to paint, inner fabrics, and liner due to usage, including ageing, cracks, and contact with water, is excluded.
   • Miscellaneous Damage: Scratching and marks on the visor and external parts, damage to the UV coating on the visor, and color chipping on the EPS are not covered.
   • Subjective Concerns: Concerns related to the use of the helmet such as comfort, size, wind noise, whistling noise, padding noise, aerodynamics, fit, etc., will not be considered as defects under warranty.

Return and Exchange Policy

1. Exchange Eligibility:
   • Condition: The product must be returned unused and in re-saleable condition, accompanied by the original invoice, packing, labels, etc.
   • Timeframe: The product must be sent to us within 7 days of its delivery.
   • Shipping Cost: The cost of sending the product to us for exchange will be borne by the customer.
   • Exchange Process: If the above conditions are met, the product will be exchanged for a different size. The customer can choose from available models if the required size is unavailable or wait until the size in the ordered model becomes available.
2. Non-Eligibility for Exchange:
   • Products not received in the specified condition will not be exchanged.
   • Items on sale, offers, or closeout cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
   • Accessories are not eligible for exchange.
3. Shipping Charges:
   • The first return shipment for an exchange will be free of charge (within India).
   • Subsequent shipments will incur a delivery charge of Rs. 300/-.
4. No Refunds:
   • No refunds will be made under any circumstances.
